Xclusive Butler School trains the next generation of butlers, valets, estate managers and private-service professionals — online, bilingually, and to the standard expected in the world's most demanding households.
Why we exist
Private service has changed. The modern principal expects a professional who can run an estate, lead staff, serve at the highest level, manage technology and travel, and anticipate needs before they are spoken — all with absolute discretion. Yet most butler training is dated, residential, and priced out of reach.
We built Xclusive Butler School to teach the modern craft the way it is actually practised: household and estate management, silver service and fine dining, wine and beverage, etiquette and protocol, concierge and lifestyle, luxury mobility, and the modern skills — smart home, technology, and more — that today's households depend on.
It was founded by Daniel Rudolf, who has spent over twenty years working exclusively with High-Net-Worth Individuals and runs Xclusive Mallorca. The school is the next step: the same standard, taught.
